Both guys after this fight did not do super well (Big Nog 2-5, Couture 1-3). Age isn't the only indicator of being in prime and same as number of fights. Mileage from fights + training camps, injuries, fight syle, genetics etc. all play a role and for some they will hit their wall earlier or later than others.

What's funny is people like you can't see the difference in talent between prime Fedor and Nog as compared to prime Couture and Sylvia. Dana quit sending his fighters to Pride tournaments because his prize horse, Chuck Liddell, got smoked by the third best LHW in a Pride tournament. You're just stupid. I laugh at you.

Good fight, one of my first wagers in MMA too. bet on Couture. didn't expect him to be so chinny in that fight, or Nog being able to crack like that.
