The reality I'd say is that both of them were clearly past their prime years, Randy more via age, Nog more by milage and having more speed to loose.

Loved that fight. Dragged a buddy of mine to the bar to watch it. He thought they were both outta their primes & didn't care to watch. But during the fight he was yelling at the TV's & saying to me "dude so fckn glad you talked me into coming tonight" lol good times
