*Could you get a physique like Romero, Lesnar, Mendes, Jones, or GSP...*

I'm 37 years old, 6ft 1in, around 180lbs. I trained karate up until 4 years ago, along with lifting weights couple of days per week. I was ripped, never even took a protein powder. 4 years ago I started my own business and had no time for both karate and weight training, so I gave up karate. Started going up in weight, after I got to 200lbs gained a lot of muscle but a lot of fat too. Decided to cut back cause I felt more healthy and energetic at my current weight. My genetics is average at best.
It is absolutely possible to attain great physique naturally. But to get huge and practice martial arts is impossible naturally, whatever genetics you are blessed with.

Yes it does. You said people like Lombard [For instance] can get that size naturally… And they can, but you aren't taking into consideration the training they are doing.

MMA training is counter productive to muscle gain. The cardio demands are enormous and yet they are getting almost professional bodybuilder [From the 70's/80s] physiques.

People can't get Lombard size naturally don't listen to that clueless dolt.

Grimek is one of the strongest drug free lifters ever, an Olympic weightlifter (and world champion at the overhead press), at the same height as Lombard. He weighed 195 above ten percent bf though, so Lombard has more muscle and less body fat while training as an MMA fighter (not world class strength athlete/bodybuilder).

Again, you won't see a larger confirmed natural than John Grimek and Steeve Reeves (the two pre steroid era bodybuilding GOATS) yet guys like Lombard and Romero make them look small and sloppy/soft.

6 foot tall Romero.

6'1 Steeve reeves.

See how the modern "freaks" don't look human compared to the two best confirmed naturals ever.
