*Could you get a physique like Romero, Lesnar, Mendes, Jones, or GSP...*

I have seen some beastly dudes come out of prison looking beastly as well but none of them were even close to Yoel or Lombard my guess is that is that you have never seen Lombard in person and would truly be shocked if you did.

You can tell yourself whatever you want at the end of the day. I know guys that are capable of getting Lombard big-esque, naturally. With minimum training equipment and proper quality protien.

Not as vascular or as meaty but just as muscular. Oh it's true. It's damn true.

So where is the "physique like Romero/Lesnar/Mendes" on those pics ?
All I see is a skinny fat ottermode one ..?
What is it supposed to illustrate apart from being obvious a troll because this is probably a pic of some coworker/buddy... ?
A user with the same name used the same pics on a different forum so it's probably him. Why couldn't it be him? you sound jealous. And skinny fat? nice cope

i dont think even with steroids i could look like some of them. genetics bro.

Not sure why traps are being singled out as a sign - I've got big traps and unless you count weed or wine as steroids I'm clean.

Because the traps have far more androgen sensors than the limb muscles. Thus, when you add in steroids, traps balloon further and faster than the limbs.

So having big traps alone doesn't say much but when they balloon on top of extra large limbs, it's a good sign extra high amounts of anabolics have been used.

This is what a genetic freak looks like

Who is that guy in the middle with his hair standing straight up? There's a guy blocking his entire face and I can't seem to positively identify this person.

I'm totally clueless as to who our mysterious guest is.
If only that hairstyle wasn't so darn common, dang-nabbit.

When I am very lean (less than 10% body fat) I weigh about 168. I could cut down to 155 easily, think I'd die trying to make 145 on my own. If I cut to 155, I'd be labeled a big 155...but, aesthetics be damned, i prefer to hang out around 17% BF and 185 lbs...I like pizza more than abs.

Yes.

But it takes a lot of work, a lot of work.

Training full time as a professional MMA fighter it just doesn't seem that possible to gain those asthetics without dedicating your entire life around gaining those asthetics.

Anyone could have a physique like JJ just by starving themselves for half a year.

You cannot get Brock Lesnar body naturally. You can look somewhat like the others, although romero dry look in some pics is pretty rare if not impossible without roids.

Try and look like Romero naturally.

All the hard work in the world means shit if you weren't also born with exceptional genes.

Yeah so small, there he is next to HW Kristof Midoux who is basically the same size as Roman Zentsov ( 6'1 235-240 )
I bet most sherdoggers are fitter and bigger ...
And come at me saying that one pic doesn't make the rule because using only one pic is exactly what you did (almost using the worst possible one to "make the rule" )

I don't understand that picture, it looks like a man and a child lol. I mean, the guy on the right looks like gsp dad. Easily 40-50 heavier.

I would say yes, particularly if you are naturally lean and able to put on muscle easily. That said, I find muscular fighters somewhat suspicious because of all thr cardio and training they have to do other than anaerobic exercises.

I'm not against ped's at all though so I don't really care

Training with miles of road running each? Hours of BJJ and wrestling practice… That is that point. There is a reason decades of bodybuilding literature says that excessive cardio is catabolic, and inhibits muscle growth…

These guys do road running, hours of cardio daily, and still get builds which would hold up in professional body building competitions from decades gone by. If that isn't raining red flags then I dunno what to say...

But he's only 20. I remember how easy it was to get ripped back then.
those easily ripped days past me by,lifting really wasn't part of the culture,i never picked up a weight till my 30's
