Yeah it doesn't matter to me how much they get paid. The only difference it makes for me is seeing big names show up. But I still stand by the notion that these guys aren't winning by doing it how they are these days. The UFC doesn't have to pay them if they turn down every fight.

Costa already signed a new deal with the UFC. And according to him, it's a million deal.

He's obviously full of it (regarding them agreeing to the pay), but he went out of his way to say he didn't sign it yet, only that they agreed on the pay (which they obviously didn't lol).

He basically just used their exact same playbook on the UFC - they announce his fight booking before he's signed, so he announces his expected pay before he signs.

Seems fair to me.
