Lol no shit it would be a stamp. It even says so in his letter.

That doesn't mean it wouldn't cause delay if they aren't going through normal protocol.

And it says the signature is a request from Trump

It wouldn't cause a delay. Unless you think the five seconds it would take to set up the stamp would technically be a delay...which of course, you do.

I have not said that at all. It's not about a pause in the economy. It's about a collapse. Do I think we should collapse the economy for this, and destroy society as we know it, to save a small percentage of lives in the grand scheme of things? No. It's easy to be all humanitarian about it now when relief bills are being passed, and everyone is treating this like an extended holiday, but shit hasn't even begun to hit the fan yet. Talk to me when it does.
