"Members of extremist groups are encouraging one another to spread the virus, if contracted, through bodily fluids and personal interactions," according to the alert issued by the FBI's New York office Thursday.

Intercepted messages from these groups show members were asked to use spray bottles filled with body fluids to attack police. Others were directed to spread to Jews by going to "any place they may be congregated, to include markets, political offices, businesses and places of worship."

If you read it, you'd realize that in spite of Govt. efforts to partner with private companies, specifically Newport, their efforts were wrecked by market forces when Covidian came in, bought Newport to prevent their cheaper, more efficient ventilator from hitting the market and then cancelled the contract. If anything, it's clear the admin recognized the need for more ventilators, sought public-private partnerships and were thwarted because private companies didn't want better products hitting the market.

Not "those" ratings though. They love Trump bringing them viewers. They don't like that the majority of those viewers are starting to side with Trump, and his approval ratings are climbing.
