Cuomo should have acted a bit earlier in some respects but he started taking it seriously long before Trump , hell with his bizarre intention to call the pandemic off for Easter it appears Trump still doesn't get how bad this is .

I live in Cali, and we’re beating the virus, our governor, a Democrat handled the situation. New York didn’t. We don’t have issues with beds or ventilators because our Governor was prepared

Leaving individual states to lead the way is and was the problem, there was little to no leadership from Washington , Trump's messaging was awful , he downplayed the severity , called it a hoax, put Mike fecking Pence in charge , said it was almost over six weeks ago and now he is wanting things back to normal by easter lol.

The Trump admins response to this crisis has been a slow motion train wreck , it isn't really arguable .

It should be treated as case by case, the majority of states are in a much better condition to move on, a blanket approach is silly. States should have their say when they feel they are ready, National level is dumb at best.

Im not a born again Christian however I do believe in scripture. And because I believe in scripture I understand our individual lives are not all that important. Its not worth sacrificing the entire world just to save my life, your life, or anyone elses. Especially when millions die every year from preventable causes anyway.

Also, because i believe in scripture I understand our world leaders and govts cannot save us from something like this anyway. All they can do is take advantage of it and then you. But thats only if people are so blind and dumb to let them. Which apparently they are.
