In my country we make memes. There are the only way we are able to deal with all the shit that happens here.. we just laugh at it.

Honestly? I have a better chance at my parents house. They live 4km to the nearest village (3K population) and 200 meters away from the nearest neighbor. Also they grow a lot of food.
Part of why I'm super calm about this whole thing is because my parents, my older sister with her family and my younger sister are all there. The climate is specially good for respiratory issues.

Well, about 3 weeks ago I moved my 401k when everyone was saying there was nothing to worry about. A week ago I stocked up for a month. Maybe people will start listening.

Ontario's chief medical officer of health, Dr. David Williams, says the man in his 60s is the husband of the province's fifth case — a woman who had recently been to Iran.

Health Minister Christine Elliott's director of communications says the husband was not in Iran with his wife, and this marks the first time Ontario has seen a case of human-to-human transmission — the patients in all of the other cases had a recent travel history to China.

To me that’s the best case scenario in a human to human transfer if it’s a couple living together. The ones that are concerning are the ones that have no known link to an infected person.

Even a die hard Trump fan, if they were being objective would question Pence running the task force. So yes I will mock that choice. There are lots of things Pence is qualified to do, this is not one of them.
Is there is not a Medical Doctor in all of Washington D.C? Hell the Surgeon General is the easy choice. Sorry I criticized Trump, when criticism was warranted.

That's a lot of cases in one day for France and Germany... looks like they're heading to be the new Italy. Literally a week ago, on the 20th, Italy had 3 official cases. Now we're at 655.

It's interesting to note that not only the mortality in Iran (consistently between 15% and 20%) is significantly higher than other countries, but they have far more infected politicians as well.

The first can probably be explained that there are many more cases that hasn't been diagnosed yet and people are only tested when on their death bed, the second part might be their earlier self-denial coming back to bite them in the ass.
