This is what troubles me the most. I'm aware that there are different strains of this virus, but if they all go on despite temperatures getting higher...there's nothing anyone can do about it. No one has resources to fight this throughout the year. Not to even consider possible further mutations.
Also read an interview with a German virologist who quoted US research and said the option of the virus taking a break like the flu during hotter periods is not really considered any more.
