Wait, when did we start talking about Yoel Romero?
lol - exaggerate much?
Considering people have KO'd themselves on slams, injured themselves throwing strikes, or the famous 'Hello Japan' moment, I hardly think DC's "fails" rank among the most epic.
TS you posted pretty much 5 gifs of well defended kicks, you know?
He had taken about no damage from those.
It may very well be true that Jones can win by kicks, but those aren't very good examples.
Well deffended????
I take it your trolling
Anytime you take a low kick and it results with you hopping on one leg trying to recover your ballance, you twirling in a circle or one of your legs being kicked from under you, then clearly you didnt deffend well
And if you think that last kick was deffended well, you really need your eyes checked
And its not just about damage had his opponents followef up with anything while he was twirling and hoping around it wouldve been a bad night 4 him
Only someone who doesn't have a clue would say he was in danger after any of those kicks. Rushing a great wrestler who is moving backwards and somewhat unpredictably would be a rookie mistake though.
I definitely noticed that Mir's body kicks were landing and DC wasn't liking them at all. Jon may not go for many body kicks dude to the TD threat though, whereas Mir was probably encouraging the TD to work his BJJ.
I think Jon's kicks are more speed than power, but they will all add up throughout the fight and I could see him wearing DC down.
