Would deaf be a big cashoutTo be fair, there is literally only one time it would have been a mistake to bet the house on Bones
Some of the idiotic counter arguments were pretty funny, I get people always trying to be edgy or contrarian on here, but some idiots were really arguing that DC jumping back and spinning around with his hands flailing was good defense...fucking lol why is it so hard to say that someone else may be right or has a point?

Nah, just having some fun. Jon's kicks are good and his body work goes largely ignored.Ts makes a thread about legkicks in 2014 and after 3 and a half years of Jones lifting fucking Ford Raptors, squatting his inner demons and other immensely heavy things, putting on 15lbs of muscle, tightening up his Muay Thai for literal years, @I WILL CUT YOU wants to make people feel stupid lmao
How many fight ending kicks did Jones land in the first fight dummy?
He was never gonna win, just proud to see him fight for the titleNah, just having some fun. Jon's kicks are good and his body work goes largely ignored.
Sucks Maia lost, I know he is your boy.
It's actually pretty strange to me that there are so many hardcore, 10+ year fans of MMA that have never even stepped into a gym. One would think that if you enjoy watching something so much, you'd also enjoy doing it yourself, and that training would make watching it even more fun.Well, since most people don't train, they probably don't know what they fuck they're seeing half the time.

Jones is way stronger than he once was, idk how you can deny that. 3 years of heavy lifting without any major injuries...yeah dude, it's impossible to be stroner. His MT is way more technical now too. I agree about the last bit thoI don't think Jones' that entered the Octagon last week is substantially more muscled than he was 3 years ago, and he doesn't appear to hit any harder. He landed dozens of zingers on DC and the effect was the same as the previous fight. Jones is death by a thousand paper cuts. His power looks the same as always.
The appropriate thing here is Jones landed shinbone on head, while DC was leaning into it.
I don't care who's throwing the kick or who is eating it, you go shin on head at that angle and you're getting ROCKED.

You don't just "Shed" muscle holmes, the human body does not work like that. Muscle burns fat, Jones showed up with a lot less fat on him.I can deny it because we've watched him fight 5 rounds against OSP and 8 against DC.
He briefly put on some muscle mass while out on suspension, and we can tell from his own social media, on the scale in the months and weeks leading up to the fight, he shed that muscle some time ago.
Jones showed up lean, not heavily muscled. He didn't have any additional fire power in 5 rounds with OSP, and he landed plenty. OSP isn't noted for his ability to absorb punishment.
I'd agree Jones is more technical, and he has the most varied striking attacks in all of the sport.
TS prediction didn't mean anything, neither did your response. We saw a shin-to-bone head kick while one guy leaned into it. George Roop will wobble a 200lbs guy doing the same thing.
