Mentzer was a 5'8 bodybuilder, who competed around 220lb but would cut down under 200 before competition. I don't have the book to hand, but in it he mentioned about a cut to 198lb (or thereabouts).

Bodybuilders around that mass would be cutting below 200lb, a pro fighter under 5'10 could make 185 with a bit of work.

Whether they want to, and whether it's beneficial, is another matter entirely. Rumble 'made' 170, but it's clear that 205 is where he's most effective. But if he can get below 185- let's be honest, pretty much anyone at LHW could do it if they tried.

Oh, and DC is nearer 20% bf than 15% too.
