Corey Anderson says a recent health scare and wisdom from DC inspired him to sign with Bellator.

Bader has brought him into his training camps for his Bellator fights. Word on the Street is Anderson would beat him in sparring during training......he can easily go with Bader!

Lol Draymond just got fined $50k. He got FINED what Corey Anderson would bring home if he WINS. That $130k is almost certainly a show/win deal after taxes fees and expenses you’re looking at around $50k.

The problem with Corey is he isn't a draw, at the end of the day the UFC is a business and they're not going to pay the big money to fighters who don't draw any interest. Aside from the win over Walker, Corey's career has mostly been lay and pray style wrestle heavy style fights. He's good at that, but nobody is paying any money to see it.

He's also asked for his release before, it's just clear that he and the UFC had different views over what his value is.

It’s not a valid point. And Bellator is owned by Viacom/CBS and has tv deals and sponsorships around the world. They are without a doubt making money. They can afford to pay Corey Anderson. Just like the UFC can too. The only difference is that UFC doesn’t care about nor respect their fighters because the company is run by a bunch of Hollywood assholes who don’t know shit about the sport.

boring fighter who always complains? im sure UFC was doing cartwheels when he asked for a release. Glad he's getting paid though. Can always count on coker to bankrupt another fight promotion.
