Conor's greatest strength that Dana does not want you to know about just yet...

Yes, but that can be checked a lot easier. It won't have the same affect as the outside leg kick, he won't be able to hack Conor down like he has with past opponents.

Aldo can still use the inside leg kick if he wants to; he just needs to set them up very deceptively with his hands (which he does very well). But the outside low kick would be safer. I actually see Aldo kicking to the body if he does employ a kicking game. Siver landed a few decent kicks to conor's ribs.

that last line was irrelevant to the topic at hand, & shows that your mma knowledge is a joke.

It clearly wasn't irrelevant as the guy who made this thread is a big Fedor fan and it does not show that my MMA knowledge is a joke it's an opinion that I have made based off of factual evidence that Fedor did in fact get knocked out by a natural middle weight.

I don' think that was a check it looked to me like he was about to throw a front kick

Could be, don't know.

Either way that one seems to be a mistake it was a lazy strike/check. Of course every fighter has momentary lapse from time to time no one can deliver crisp strikes 100% of the time.

Fedor isn't exactly a natural heavyweight, he could have probably made MW easily if he wanted and Hendo was and is no slouch...

i'm no fedor fan but you're kind of a moron...stop posting...

I thought so too.

I don't think that was a leg check attempt.

I don't know because I'm not him but from the gif I can't say for sure to be honest.

The leg was too close to the thigh for an attempt front kick or push kick. The thigh and the knee was already beyond the point where he should start delivering the push already and his ankle/lower leg was still not yet out.

It actually look more like a check but I'm not going to bet any money on it.

Yeah this 6ft tall man that looks like this at his prime physique was a natural MW is what you're saying? And you say I'm kinda a moron? Yeah, okay man good try. And yes I know Hendo is no slouch but he shouldn't be beating Heavyweight "GOATs" when he can't beat the middleweight GOAT.

I guess at this point it doesn't matter weather it wasn't or it was, at the end of the day it was a lapse in concentration and bad judgement/reading of the fight.

damn citing one random pic, "prime physique", citing natural MW even though I didn't say that, claiming fedor isn't great because he got kod by another all time great, yeah you're a moron...

i'm gonna go over there so I don't catch whatever you have....

You're gonna go over there cause you just made yourself look like an absolute dick saying Fedor could weigh 185 pounds when he'd have to drain himself to make 205.

Also, say all you want about Hendo being another all time great but the fact of it is he was never THE greatest.

The ting about Conor is he knows his timing. He will use the right time to TKO Jose into irrelevancy.

What's Jose's fight purse once he's not champ 80/80 like Bendo?

And the MW GOAT has been finished by a lightweight. So what's your point?

Didn't we already see almost the exact same troll thread with the same gifs? Thank you, come again.

Can't wait to see this place post-McG victory.

I think you're right. Aldo won't know what to do with a southpaw.

Still smarting i see.

Kenny was a sub specialist with mediocre striking and Aldo still couldn't finish him. Aldo overused the inside legkick with KZ and broke his foot.

If Aldo overuses the inside leg kick against Conor he will open himself up to Conor's most lethal weapon and receive vicious str8 lefts down his throat.

If Mendes put Aldo on his arse with rudimental wrestler/boxing, imagine what Conor's speed & devastating accuracy will do to him.

Conor's a southpaw & Aldo is right footed.

Try again.

That's part of it. Conor will also likely have Aldo on his back foot and retreating as he's walking him down. This will make it harder to throw low kicks, let alone ones with power. That inside leg kick is just asking to be checked and hurt his foot or shin. I can also see it costing him with a counter left cross from hell from Conor. He doesn't always set his leg kicks up and even if he does they're not exactly guaranteed to stay unchecked. Aldo's biggest weapon is his hands, not his leg kicks. He hasn't put on a leg kicking clinic in a very long time.
