My bad I did miss that. That would be a truly horrible choice from Conor. I think coach coach Kavanagh will talk him out of that one.

I think he has to take that chance honestly. What does he have to lose? If he loses to Woodley then he shouldn't have been fighting at 170 anyways right and Nate's not a true welterweight so nothing but repsect still. If he wins he has so much to gain. He will be the only fighter to ever hold 3 titles at once because I believe that will never happen again and...the insane amount of money that fight will draw and also the next one after because his star will not ever be any brighter then after winning 3 titles in a row. It's really a no lose proposition for him and the UFC.

He has his life to lose. Woodley is a friggin beast. He is WAY too big and powerful for Conor. He could end Conor's career.

I put that in the order of which fights I think make the most sense. I think he needs to defend 145, great he avenged Nate and got the 155 strap, time to face the music and defend at 145. He will be a huge favorite in any of those possible 145 fights and he still would have the 155 belt with several intriguing options there.

plus maybe he gets lucky and someone like Tony Ferguson knocks of Khabib while he defends at 145- hence why now is the time to defend that belt.
