If I as a brand new coach showed up to any fucking franchise and took them to consecutive playoffs with those QBs they would build statues of me. They would talk about me around the fire 30 years from now and have posters of me on their walls. I would be “back when we had cheeks and things were good”. If I was at a shit franchise like the raiders (no offense @PUO3) they would treat me LIKE A GOD.

Yep. Just look at the Cleveland game this year, they could have wrapped up the division there and have been able to rest the aging roster but blew that. It probably wouldn't have made much difference based on how they played last night, which by the way was the largest home playoff loss in Steelers history. Even more history set by this team, no other team in NFL history has ever lost 5 straight playoff games by double digits before Tomlin's Steelers did it.

Fans of unsuccessful, sub par org's seem to put all success of above average org's on the coaching.

Meanwhile Ravens and Steelers fans have been screaming from the rooftops to fire these two dickheads for years.

Consistent 8-8 seasons and 1 and done in the Yoffs, is simply not good enough.

Steelers and Ravens have had above average teams, that have performed average or below.

Coaching is the obvious culprit.
