He's become quite the expert at cycling. More fighters could learn from his ways, it's almost like a loophole if you think about it, more cycling just makes you better at MMA, I can't believe nobody talks about this training method. Lance Armstrong would be 155 champ with 6 months of TDD training.
Funny you bring up Lance Armstrong. He and Conor are prolly using the same training recipe.

the bike cant fight for you

the bike cant fight for you
Well he has no interest in fighting so it works out well.

Btw, what if the bike is TREE TOYIMZ the size of him? Can it not fight then?

Yeah and people think it'll make any difference to his gas tank... I know you can improve your cardio, but like everything, you can improve it within your limits; the man obviously has a weirdly small concave chest/perhaps lungs, but also... I don't know what the science is on it but it just seems as if throwing punches is not like running or cycling. Lol.

So he may be able to cycle longer, but I don't think that will help him throw more punches for longer. He's obviously gonna have to pace himself...

Although... he doesn't even throw that many punches, in comparison to others who last way longer. He gasses very easily it's weird. It's like, if he doesn't get you out of there within a few shots he's kinda fucked.

He's doing a different type of cycling lmao.

But the reason he gasses is a few factors.
1. He has lots of fast twitch muscle, which sucks oxygen.
2. He's really, really tense in his fights. Just statically burning up energy.
3. He's too big for the division. He's a 145er. He had to pack on muscle to move up, and he went up to 170. He could be OK at 155, but going up and down will fuck you.

He'll probably NEVER have his cardio back. He's so fucking desperate to stay relevant, and it's really pathetic.

Lance and Conor do know a lot about cycling.

Tell it to Khabib - I'm only quoting. I have no evidence he's a rapist. And the fact that one of his accusers had her car bombed (after allegedly jumping off of his boat to get away from him) and then withdrew her accusation might not be considered casual by some.

Not proof in and of itself, but it's not like this stuff is pulled out of thin air on a clearly innocent man either. The way the guy conducts himself does not make him look less casual about these claims than we are. I'd say he seems to treat them far more casually than anyone else.

Unless he's sending ppl to blow up cars - that's not casual. Maybe her car just caught fire randomly. Or maybe she needed to be shut up. But in my opinion, occurrences like this beg the question for many ppl and make him appear to be more guilty than we can casually prove he is.

And, finally, this is the internet, not a court of law. If you took a quick glance at the UTTER MADNESS that is casually posted on the internet you'd see this is hardly pushing the envelope! The internet is no place for ppl who don't want to see as-yet-not-proven accusations. It's pretty much full of them.

EDIT: I'd also say the lady's car blowing up is MUCH MORE the reason that claim was not prosecuted than the fact that ppl online were casually saying he's guilty! I can't even understand what Khabib or Sherdog saying he's a rapist does to the state's ability to prosecute. I can say what the star witness withdrawing from the case does. And that's not caused by Khabib or Sherdog.

If we want the prosecution to be less difficult, we'd need to demand a thorough investigation into her car bombing. Not gonna happen. THAT'S why this case is hard to prosecute.

Thanks for clarifying, widely unfounded accusations of that crime is a bit of a touchy subject for me based on real life impact to personal friends but I ain't saying shit to Khabib no matter what! :)

I do hear what you are saying about the number and types of stories about Conor and I don't know the truth either. I did meet the guy many years ago for a brief time on the street and he was remarkably friendly, but that was a short time a long time ago. I have also personally witnessed events in the presence of celebrities and heard completely false depictions from the media.

None of that means much either, but I have gotten the general impression that people that achieve high levels of success in entertainment don't get and stay there by being a horrible person. That's just my experience, I could also be a completely naive idiot.

Yeah pretty much this, lol. This is Conor FOR SURE. I gotta rewatch this with wifey. She'd love/hate it for sure.
Watched it with my at the time gf back in 07, I was like 19.
She seemed a bit concerned that I picked it for movie night and we had only been together for a month so.
I actually had to put in some effort to get that one back on track, lol
