That is a very serious accusation to be throwing around so casually and exactly the reason real horrific crimes are very difficult to prosecute.
Tell it to Khabib - I'm only quoting. I have no evidence he's a rapist. And the fact that one of his accusers had her car bombed (after allegedly jumping off of his boat to get away from him) and then withdrew her accusation might not be considered casual by some.
Not proof in and of itself, but it's not like this stuff is pulled out of thin air on a clearly innocent man either. The way the guy conducts himself does not make him look less casual about these claims than we are. I'd say he seems to treat them far more casually than anyone else.
Unless he's sending ppl to blow up cars - that's not casual. Maybe her car just caught fire randomly. Or maybe she needed to be shut up. But in my opinion, occurrences like this beg the question for many ppl and make him appear to be more guilty than we can casually prove he is.
And, finally, this is the internet, not a court of law. If you took a quick glance at the UTTER MADNESS that is casually posted on the internet you'd see this is hardly pushing the envelope! The internet is no place for ppl who don't want to see as-yet-not-proven accusations. It's pretty much full of them.
EDIT: I'd also say the lady's car blowing up is MUCH MORE the reason that claim was not prosecuted than the fact that ppl online were casually saying he's guilty! I can't even understand what Khabib or Sherdog saying he's a rapist does to the state's ability to prosecute. I can say what the star witness withdrawing from the case does. And that's not caused by Khabib or Sherdog.
If we want the prosecution to be less difficult, we'd need to demand a thorough investigation into her car bombing. Not gonna happen. THAT'S why this case is hard to prosecute.
