What is important, is, if he is the new president of Ireland, what is he gonna do ?

Agree. We shouldn’t be using someone’s past patterns of behavior to make reasonable assumptions about their future decision making capabilities.

Every day we wake up is a fresh start to make good choices and that’s how we should view each other. Has he assaulted multiple people? Sure. Rape? Apparently. Cocaine use? It sure Appears like it. Sent Dick pics? Yes. But none of those things have anything to do with his ability to make rational decisions or control his emotional impulse TODAY. Or tomorrow. Or when he’s the president of a nation.

the crime can't be proven directly but there is reasonable belief that the accused remains liable for what happened.
