So Conor thinks he earns a WW titleshot by beating LW Micheal Chandler at WW?



Oh yeah, that's exactly the same as Gaethje mowing down top ranked LW's at LW when they were actually relevant and winning which Chandler currently is not.

I mean he already earned a LW titleshot by beating LW Nate Diaz at WW, so yeah that's probably exactly what he's thinking.

McGregor can't handle criticism, especially when it's regarding the UFC's TLC for him.
We gave him a pass in the beginning for his fast tracking and multi-division shortcuts, but he hasn't made a legitimate case for himself recently.
Gaethje continues to be as advertised. McGregor not so much.

Gaethje didn't ask for another titleshot.

He's just saying he'd quit if Conor conned his way into getting a TS at WW for beating Chandler a LW on a losing streak.

Conor should have to fight Justin instead Chandler as punishment.

I do think Gaethje is the next logical fight unless they run Porier back again.

Ferguson was on a 12 fight UFC win streak and was the consensus #1 challenger and consensus fighter most fucked-over on title shots in UFC history when Gaethje so thoroughly demolished him in an interim title fight that he effectively ended Ferguson's career. McGregor against pre-Gaethje Ferguson would have been a fantastic fight that Dana White desperately protected McGregor from and that McGregor probably would have lost. Ferguson -135, McGregor +115.

Are these fighters too dense to realize that the UFC doesn’t use ranking to pick who fights for a title. They should all be praying for Connor to win the belt. Whoever fights him while he has the belt is getting a red panty night guaranteed.

Dude please. Everyone with two eyes knew that Fergusons time was numbered a few fights before Justin. Plenty of people said it. It just so happens that Justin was the one to do it, but plenty of fighters could have done it, and plenty of fighters have now.

No they didn’t! Ferguson timing was bad and his style caught up with him. But pre-Gaethje, he was on a legendary non title run, maybe the best non UFC title run ever … Definitely up there with Reem’s non UFC title run and Nick Diaz’s.

Conor doesn't deserve the shot but neither does Gaethje who had had 2 title shots in 4 fights. Just because he beat Fiziev doesn't mean he gets a shot right away. These guys all are so entitled. I mean I'm glad that Gathje proved it by beating a guy lower than him, but the rank squatting has gotta stop. How is Chandler still ranked so high? He should 100% be below Gamrot.

So what should he do? Go back in time & lose? Don’t be mad that he’s a Jon Finch who puts on FoTY-esque gems …

Difference being Justin is 6-3 in his last 9 fights sir.
Cant say the same about Conor, who hasn't won a meaningful fight in years meanwhile Justin just beat a guy everyone was saying was gonna kill him.

Conor's inactivity and 2 straight losses should be enough to bench him for people that have actually fought for their spot.
