The doctors testifying and experts spoke about the tampon and how it made her have difficulties moving and sitting. I think you are thinking of some drunk woman who gets into rough situations. This is not that. The doctors said the injuries Nikita sustained are not normal, and everyone who saw the photographic evidence claimed to be shocked, including Conor. I don't understand how many times I have to repeat this obvious fact: nobody, not a single person in Conor's legal team or Conor claimed her injuries resulted from rough consensual sex. They claim these injuries were somehow sustained outside this event. How? You're saying "this is what "druggy whores" do. But nobody has claimed that what happened was that she consented to rough sex to that extent., In fact, Conor has categorically denied that the injuries happened from him, and denied that the sex was "rough". Yet we know it couldn't have been the boyfriend, because she sent the pictures and messaged her friend before returning home.
The texts and communication time stamps were delivered and correspond to the evidence shown in the doctor's medical record. And again, this was before she went back home. Only his DNA was there.
But here's the other thing. If Nikita Hand was so drunk she could not even have the amount of consciousness to feel the pain of having a tampon torn into her vagina and getting battered up, then it was rape, full stop. Yet people here are saying majestically idiotic things like "well I've had rough sex with girls that wanted it rough".
This is the world we are living in. I'd grant Conor the benefit of doubt if there was a convincing alternative explanation. But there isn't.

If that is her in the videos and the tampon was lodged into her Cervix it would mean she's severely under influence. Or the injuries weren't as prevalent before.

And none of these people were even 1/10th of the celebrity or had the kind of notoriety Conor had.
