She gets no money from a criminal case. It wasn't thrown out because there was no evidence, it wasn't pursued because there wasn't a reasonable chance of conviction. The burden of proof is much higher.

There is more than enough evidence to show Conor McGregor is very obviously the person most likely to have caused Nikita Hand's injury.

We know Conor has a history of accusations of sexual assault and violent physical harm. We know he has injured civilians. We know he has issues with substance abuse, violent behavior, lack of self control. He injured a bunch of people in the dolly incident, jumped on a ref, an Italian DJ, assaulted an older man at a bar, smashed a fan's phone into the ground outside a club. A woman jumped from a yacht and was rescued by the Red Cross patrol with abdominal injuries saying she was kicked by Conor.


Congratulations. You’ve just discovered that reckless celebrities make easy targets for civil S.A cases for women looking for a payout. Getting in a few fights is NOTHING like committing rape which is the equivalent to murder in terms of penalty.

That is not getting into fights. That is a history of assaulting people.

The reason these trials are always done through civil court is that the burden of proof is less. In a criminal trial you have to prove the person is guilty, in a civil trial it only needs to be a strong possibility. Sometimes a womans accusation alone is enough. At the very minimum, there's no hard evidence to say he did it. And what she quoted him as saying was just laughable.
