It's funny to go "you're using shame as your argument" when the argument was already made, and then that person comes in to say some really shameful shit about it.
It's like, "No guy, it's not part of the argument. You should just be ashamed of yourself."
Exactly.
He spoke about why she was behaving x way in the lift or whatever, and I gave him a very valid explanation - based on direct, personal, informed experience too of my ex gf having been raped, and, trivialising it and not calling it what it is. And Weinstein's victims doing this, and thanking him after etc. / plenty of women who are raped do this, to essentially avoid the gravity of what they just went through, to avoid fully processing it. That could 100% be what she was doing.
But, regardless, doesn't change whether it happened or not.
He just ignores all that and continues trying to justify why Conor is not a rapist.
