We're talking about a card on free television, not a PPV. Even in the unlikely event that Conor were to make it to fight night, fight, and get the most eyeballs on a fight card, he'd be a terrible advertisement for the UFC (and Paramount+) going forward for being a universally recognized and entirely unapologetic serial rapist, massively over-the-hill in terms of fighting ability, a reckless drug user, and extremely unlikely to ever fight again. No one's going to decide to buy a Paramount+ subscription to watch more UFC because they watched a Conor/Chandler fight. Since it would air on CBS, almost no one in the U.S. would even decide to buy a one-month Paramount+ subscription to be able to watch the fight.
