I'm still not sure what was ever made of the yacht allegation or the one in Ireland from the bar.

the yacht allegation - Conor knew that woman personally and amidst trying to pursue charges - her car got set on fire and bricks thrown through her window. Then she mysteriously dropped the charges. Go figure.

I think from her messages to the security guard it's obvious what happened...

I think Conor did force himself on her. She says in the texts 'wtf he was crazy, I pushed him off me' etc. it's clearly authentic texts and shock on her behalf...

Then, I think her lawyer, as lawyers do - especially when there's money involved or to win a case - and not knowing the video evidence would exist - probably 'encouraged her' to exaggerate and make parts of the story worse, i.e. rather than she went into the bathroom willingly... she was forced in there and rather than just 'pushed him off', she had to elbow him off and aka make it more aggressive and violent than it was perhaps.

So, I think she was assaulted, and she sounds naive and dumb and I think her own lawyer has partly fucked her by trying to get her to exaggerate parts of the story - to win the case - which can now be partly disproven.

Doesn't mean she made it all up and doesn't mean she wasn't assault. People are so dumb and black and white, and can't discern nuance.

You know the accuser’s attorney who accused Chris Brown of rape then had to drop the case after evidence came out that showed her client was lying and desperately trying to hook up with Brown again and accused him of rape when Brown didn’t want to date her.

Or that time when the witness accused this victim’s attorney of offering her 200k to lie and say a celebrity raped her.

Her changing elements of the story doesn't mean an assault didn't happen. And her attorney doing that just implies more so what I think happened in that I think the attorney encouraged that girl to exaggerate and lie about parts of the story so they would win the case.

Lawyers do that shit to try help their clients win, even if she believed her that she was assaulted - lawyers are snakey and she knew she probably wouldn't win the case unless more forceful descriptions were involved maybe, vs. her saying she went in their willingly, didn't expect that, pushed him off and that was that... which seems to be more likely what happened and what the accuser texted the security guard and sounds authentic as fuck. Nah I believe they are in an open relationship. An ex colleague of mine, who is from Dublin and told me the rape accusation in 2018 was coming, before even Irish papers reported on it... also told me he/Dee are in an open relationship.
