I think Silva was better, more versatile. Conor has more power though for sure.

Pound for pound? Maaaaaayyyybe. But Anderson was so deadly accurate he didn't need to be the most powerful. But Anderson certainly has more one hit killshot knock outs than mcgregor though. There's more MMA than just punches. Overall, Anderson was more lethal with more striking tools, knees, kicks, elbows, punches. granted, mcregor hurt Cowboy with a knee, shoulder strikes, head kick and punches, Anderson had consistently hurt and finished more opponents with far more tools than that in more definitive fashion in the span of his career.
