No, I said women should be protected from men being in their private spaces that they should not be excluded from having safety in....

This is an issue about women's safety and children's safety and comfort level and privacy and feeling of security in restrooms prisons shelters, spas, etc.

I also said that male violence against men who dress as women should not be dumped onto women. Rather it is a problem that men should solve between themselves since it's the men who heap violence upon men who identify as women.

I have also suggested that third spaces is the best possible option which allows single-use restrooms, changing rooms, etc. to be implemented. So that trans people are served in the community without violating other people's rights and comfort and safety.

Men tend to perpetrate violence and intimidation upon women and unfortunately identifying as a woman does not take you out of the patterns of male pattern violence.

Since trans people represent a tiny fraction of society, there is no way that their comfort level should be placed above the comfort of 50% of society in women.

I'm for a common sense approach to the bathroom issue. If you're making some effort at passing, then you should use the bathroom you present as. But if you have a full beard and make no effort to pass, you should be in the men's bathroom.

This is the thing though... its up to individuals judgement if anyone 'passes,' and most don't want that responsibility to judge so they'd just allow anyone who claims to be a woman to use the womens bathroom.

And actual transgenders who 'pass' already do use the bathroom they prefer, and no one cares.
If Blair White uses the female bathroom... doubtful anyone would care.
If Buck Angel uses the mens... more power to that bro.

The problem is with these monstrocities.

Or maybe a transgender passes now... but not so much as they get older.

If a man is spotted going into womens restrooms other men wpuld prevent it... thats how it always was. Unfortunately predators find the vunerable and take advantage of situations.


My brother is a sole parent. Often goes to the beach with his daughter. You expect him to stay outside while his daughter is changing and just watch a guy walk into the changing room?

huh? A lot of changing rooms dont have pvt shower stalls at the beach. Public pools also showers werent pvt. Nor my soccer clubs.. Personally i despised the soccer ones as i was 15 playing in the mens division occasionally...
