Conditioning for MMA

Just an update, since my last post on this i have been attending the Muay Thai gym and learning that at least twice a week and plus one full hard cardio and weights session in my local gym.

i am trying to train 5 day a week, not including the Muay Thai, so i have invested in a 10k medicine ball and heart rate watch for traing at home, i now also have limited weeights to use at home, though no bench yet! :( i train 3 times a week at home so was looknig for other things to do with what i have at home.
i already skip, burpees and weighted and normal situps i also do a ton of press ups they are a personal favourite exercise or me so i cant hekp but do them! there is a 30-40 min run at least 3 times a week too.

all help welcome and please feel free to slate my workout where needed..
