Can't recommend this comic enough if you're in the mood for crazy, epic sci-fi awesomeness.

just finished the first TPB of prophet and thought it was great. i really, really love this kind of sci-fi.

Amazing. Since my return to comics. Two of my favorite story arcs contained heros I totally disregarded when I was collecting.

The Eternals by Gaiman and Romita and War of Kings featuring the Inhumans.

And I haven't read this series yet, but I hear The Metabarons is another excellent Dune inspired epic sci-fi comic. It's written by the guy who directed those crazy films Holy Mountain and El Topo.

lawlz, yeah i ordered the metabarons ultimate collection too, haven't gotten it yet though.

indestructable hulk, red she-hulk, iron man, all new x-men, winter soldier, and age of ultron. sad to hear winter is being cancelled after issue 19. wasn't bad and they only gave the writer 4 issues to get it going. no idea how they plan to wrap up the story in one more issue. age of ultron spoiler below.

after wolverine goes back in time and assassinates hank pym aka giant man to prevent the creation of ultron and returns to the present to discover the avengers don't exist and in their stead is the defenders. don't why but i thought that was kinda cool.

I've been getting sucked into the Man of Steel hype.
Started reading the new 52 Superman series and bought the Earth 1 & 2 graphic novels.

I'm glad I started reading these, they're better than I expected.
Then again, my expectations were pretty low cause I was never really into Superman.
