Initially, I found the show to be very odd and the artwork unappealing. But over time it has grown on me and learned to appreciate its cleverness, unpredictability and original stories.

HELLBOY: THE MIDNIGHT CIRCUS Announced at C2E2

Hellboy fans will be happy to know that Mike Mignola is working on more Hellboy related projects outside of the current Hellboy series Hellboy In Hell. Mike Mignola announced a new Hellboy graphic novel called Hellboy: The Midnight Circus. For this project, Mignola is reuniting with frequent collaborator Duncan Fegredo. Hellboy: The Midnight Circus will flash back to Hellboy's childhood and also explore his first encounter with Hell when he runs away from home and discovers a circus full of demonic performers. The book is said to be 56-pages and a hardcover book which will follow the similar format 2011's Hellboy: House of the Living Dead.
