My commentary in order of covers:

- WTF, is that "our" Spider-Woman/Jessica Drew? Who the baby daddy? Hawkeye?
- I guess that Mrs. Deadpool and the Howling Commandos isn't just a throway side title.
- Is Deadpool going to be a full fledged Avenger now? Also, need moar Mrs. Deadpool.
- I guess X-Men isn't going away, but damn are those titles a lot few in number compared to the rest of the universe than they used to be when I was a teenager.
- Total bullshit that our lovable, goofy 616 Hawkeye got besmirched by a Thor. Who's this old guy? The last Hawkeye series was the best title Marvel's put out in years. >_<
- Wait, who the fuck is THIS Hawkeye? My emotions can take this.
- They need to put all of the GotG back in one book. I took a crack at reading all the GotG books after the movie, all half dozen of them and just couldn't keep track, so fuck that. Except Rocket Rac****. If there's a separate title, it ought to be about RR & Groot.
- If I were in charge, it would be "Angela, Assassin of Asgard" not "Angela, "Asgard's Assassin"

so I have a question - not every story part in this Battleworld arc is being told respective to one another in the same timeline/universe (aside from the 2099, X-Men '92 stories etc.) correct?

I mean you hear in one issue Wonder Man is a baron, then in another that he's dead, & then in another he's over the wall & just recruited Hank Pym (if I remember correctly).

the same with Havoc - he's Madelyne Pryor's lacky, then he's normal in another, & then you see him in a completely different story altogether in the X-Tinction Agenda Battleworld storyline.


I thought this whole Secret War arc was going to kill off all these rogue storylines & have them all move together as "gears" in the same "machine" of a story, so they all stay consistent to one another?

Thought Phoenix/Cyclops actually had him there for a second before Doom murked him. Easily. And considering that Phoenix/Cyclops was the most powerful with godlike/cosmic being power levels of the Raft survivors and the Cabal, me likey.

There hasn't been one marvel reboot at all.

Only the numbering changes. The universe has stayed the same
