Colognes - Cheapies but Goodies

Every once in awhile, just for funsies, I'll throw on one of the cheap smelling old man colognes that probably came from the K-Mart or the local drug store or something, I'm like fuck it, I'm old now, lets complete the package and I'll walk around all day smelling like a $2.99 special

You talkin' about Brut?

It's the cheapest you can get, besides old spice. I wore Brut in junior high because I couldn't afford anything else.
Actually, there was another cheap cologne made 30 or 40 years ago that was sold in K-mart called Night Spice. I think it's discontinued.
Ever heard of it?

I only like stuff that smells like gasoline. It reminds me of cocaine.

I don't really wear cologne but I have two bottles. I use them maybe twice a year. I don't believe either were cheap.

I remember when I was a kid that my grandfather had Old Spice, so I just associate that with old people. All the try hards in junior high had Brut, so I associate that with them.

Smelling like a clean human has worked well for me, so I don't really need a collection.

Burberry London is a go-to, can be found for $30 for a regular sized bottle and it's acceptable to decent in terms of cologne, i'm no expert. But the obligatory, Mambo, even strippers and regular chicks like it...

I owned Burberry London before it's pretty nice imo and quite unique as far as I know I also remember having a bottle of Touch it was the old formula which had solid particles in the liquid and it smelled great then I got another bottle years later and it just wasn't the same quality I hate when they do that if it ain't broke don't fix it I think they start using cheaper ingredients

But speaking of Burberry all their colognes smell good I just bought a bottle of Burberry cologne it's really good

No that stuff reminds me of bug spray in a way it's too sharp

That shit is terrible for sure.

On topic p4p the best ‘cheap’ option is most likely ‘Versace Pour Homme’. You can get low prices pretty consistently on it from discounters and I can’t think of too many in its price range -or lower- that offer the same quality.

Try Light Blue Intense Dolce & Gabbana

Try Light Blue Intense Dolce & Gabbana

Not a fan of the ‘Light Blue’ series tbh..

I was also going to mention Versace ‘Dylan Blue’ as well but that is heavy on the ambroxan imo.. not as bad as Suavage but still. The only real ‘Bleu’ fragrance I can really tolerate is ‘Bleu De Chanel’ EDP but that one ain’t a cheapy.. nothing by Chanel is cheap really

‘Rassasi Hawas’ and ‘Hawas Ice’ are good too as far as bang for buck goes but those are on the sweet side of things.

Haven't tried Dylan Blue but Eau Fraiche is my favorite from Versace out of the ones I've tried just ordered a bottle from Fragrancenet.com
I agree with you on Bleu though
