Colognes - Cheapies but Goodies

So I'm 40yrs old and have been wearing colognes since I was a teenager and I've tried and owned many different from designer to niche

Sometimes I have found that I like the cheap designer frags more than some of the expensive offerings however I do appreciate the higher quality ingredients and complexity of the high-end brands

So I'm starting this thread to hear which low cost fragrances you guys use or recommend that smell better than the price tag would suggest and are overall enjoyable to wear

So I'll start with a few I wear on a regular basis:

4711
Nautica Voyage
Curve (Official UFC sponsor)
CK One
CK Eternity
I always preferred Escape and Obsession over One and Eternity. One smells like straight soap (Gio does it better imo) and Eternity reminds me of something my grandfather would wear.

When you say cheap, I think $30 and below for 3.0 oz.

British Sterling
English Leather
Gravity
Hilfiger Athletics
Azzaro Pour Homme
Azzaro Chrome Legend
Inner Realm
Truth CK
Versace The Dreamer
Lagerfeld Photo
Polo Sport
Aspen
Halston z-14
Beverly Hills Giorgio Wings
Nautica by Nautica
Tommy Bahama Martinique
Preferred Stock

Cool water is still a classic and cheap as shit.

A drakkar noir clone that's better than the original imo from Arabic house al-rehab "Dakar" it's like 10 bucks and projects like a beast.

LOL @ these noob hipster recommendations in here.

There's only one scent you need in life gents.....

Yeah Brut is definitely one of the goat cheapies

I use Tom Ford extreme right now as my main one. Women seem to like it. I guess that's an expensive one. My cheap one is cool water

Cool water used to be great but I believe it's been reformulated unfortunately I smelled it on someone recently and although it did smell good it just wasn't as good as I remember

Chrone Legend is a soild "blue" scent, while Z-14 is quite masculine.

Dreamer is a real performer. Once in a while type of sweet tobacco scent.

Versace pour Homme is one that I did not like at first, but has grown on me over years.

I recommend Eros. Reminds me of drinking cream soda, deep in the summer night. Eros Flame is a flanker that has a touch of earthy musk to it, if that is more your type.

Will definitely check it out thanks I have tried other scents I didn't think I would would like but ended up enjoying like 1 million from Paco Rabanne for example and I just ordered 1 million the cologne version launched in 2015 but since discontinued

Ha, yeah. I have been waiting for 1 million and Invictus to go on sale. I did try the Eau and liked it. But this is something that I would only wear for a few weeks in Spring. The "green" scents I quite like, such as Martinique. But I am the type of person who would wear Fahrenheit as my prime scent. It's all about that gasoline.

Fahrenheit is good stuff I really like it and it used to be around 40-50 per bottle now it's hard to find under 100

Hugo Boss Blue is my all time favorite. I don't think they make it anymore.

Givenchy Gentleman is my go to now (although I work in a scent free environment, so I rarely use cologne unless it is for a social occasion).
