They were definitely 1 and 2 in the division for 2 or 3 years. Usman was a pretty dominant champ and Colby was the only guy who gave him a challenge while he was in his prime. Fun rivalry. Both guys are washed now though, especially Colby

His strength of schedule is abysmal, he almost exclusively fought guys coming off a loss or multiple losses.

He was one of the most over-ranked guys in the sport.

Well when there are like 5 straight years where every title fight is some combination of Colby, Marty, and Masvidal, it’s hard to tell who’s really at the top.
