I honestly dont think he cares about his reputation with fighters. He is just here to do whatever he needs to do to make a living.

If he gets to wwe, i honestly think he will cut all contact with all mma except for maybe like ariel for the rare interview. He only acts professional and does favors for the one's who sign his checks

Why rationalize that he must be a good person based on the fact he acts like a shitty person? Colby's fighting career is basically over, he has to figure out his new self outside of this career.
Wouldn't surprise me to see him trying out different stuff and see how and if he can implement his heel gimmick someplace else.
In absence of any proof of discomfort or any issues I'd call whatever the fuck is going on a transition rather than a crisis.

I think Colby has always been like this and I think a lot of fighters are completely different behind the scenes. Just with a loudmouth fighter like Colby that difference is amplified 10 fold.
