Coffee

- Really tho, if you’re serving Ethiopian coffee you’re probably an alright spot. Do they serve it at Starbucks?
Starbucks has an Ethiopian coffee, but I dont think it is something they serve regularly. Most coffee roasters will have an Ethiopian coffee as it is considered the birthplace of coffee.

Not sure, actually.

I don't go there very often.

I've got a Keurig at home, so I usually just stick with that.

But I do love me some Ethiopian blend.

Triple black coffee with absolutely nothing extra put in it crew, checking in

It's a pretension adopted from the wine industry to justify charging more money. It just means having a flavor reminiscent of chocolate, and maybe a mouthfeel as well. It suggests that the coffee is complex, of course delicious, unique, and is the result of a magical synergy of earth, farming methods, climate, you name it. Mostly, it's all bullshit. Having said that, a really good cup of coffee does stand out as being a whole lot more pleasurable, to me, than the cheap stuff. And if I had to describe why it's so delicious to me, I might come up with some bullshit too.

About 4 or 5 years ago i quit putting sugar in coffee, and i only pit cream. There’s no going back, I can’t tolerate any sweet in my coffee now.

My man! I did the same. Why drink coffee if you have to drown out the coffee flavor.

That small step made me realize I could delete all sugar from my life. Then I deleted most carbs.

I lost 50 pounds of fat in 6 months. And it started with one cup of coffee.

I currently have this.

Think dark chocolate not milk chocolate. I never cared for those artificial flavors in coffees. I prefer tea anyway. Green tea with honey in the morning, straight black tea in the evening.

I dont spend more then 10 bucks on a bag of coffee.

But you can definitely tell what's fresh and tastes good compared to what's stale and tastes like dirt.

That being said I buy this brand on the regular

I've never been able to develop a taste for coffee. I go for a morning run everyday when I wake up which I find gives me all the boost I need to get the day rolling. I can't imagine needing a chemical fix to start the day off.
Chemical effects are overrated. Most people get their bump because all of the sugar they put in.
Other people (like me and a few guys ITT) love to drink coffee because we find it tasty.

I currently have this.

Illy is awesome. I always drink it in a cafeteria downtown in Buenos Aires. Holy shit that is a good damn coffee.
But if you want to buy some to prepare at home is like 4 times more expensive than a good Colombian coffee. At least in here.

I usually go with brazilian or colombian. Once I had bought a bag of one from Nicaragua that was all fruity and shit but didn't like it that much. I mean, it was good but just not my taste.

Yeah, it was pretty pricey. I mainly bought it for Christmas. Some quality coffee though, was worth the price.

Illy is really good. I like Peet's too the Major Dickinson blend is really good for the price of $6.99 a bag. Remember when this was a thing!?!?

I like Kenya AA, it's mild and has good flavor.

When I'm feeling indulgent, Jamaica Blue Mountain, with brandy, topped with a little whipped cream.
Made that for my gf to wake her up yesterday, she came

Holy shit... poor little fellows.

6,99 a bag of how much?

Here 250grs (little over half pound) of Illy Coffee cost around 20 US dollars. Pretty expensive considering te cup of Illy coffe at a coffee store costs about 2 bucks.

That's a pound of coffee here. I usually get it on sale as it regularly runs around $10.00 a pound. The poop coffee goes to show you people will buy anything that they are told and don't care how much it costs. Consumers consume.

20 bucks?! I paid about 7.50 euros for 250 gr. I had to buy 3 at the minimum though.
