A three-judge panel decided the parents of 23-year-old Caitlyn Ricci are not legally obligated to cover $16,000 of a $26,000 bill from Temple University, according to the Courier-Post.

The appellate court referred the case back to a lower court, but encouraged the family to avoid the stress of continuing their fight in court.

Making the rounds, I guess. I saw a clip of him on another show saying he wasn't an entitled millennial because he's a conservative.
