No the commission looks at your physical healthy and he's healthy.

They prolly don't have a rule that says "has to have participates in >1 amateur bout"

IDK how they do it in boxing but you can't go from nobody straight to amateurs. IDK if it's a written rule or they just don't even look at guys without amateur records.
