How old is this footage?

I love how everybody's shitting on Punk when the video series this footage is taken from literally says like "Sparring session #2 June 2015" or whatever. The latest footage we've seen is from him in August 2015. We're literally missing over a year of footage.

But this is Sherdog, so everybody will just irrationally hate on Punk instead of acknowledging how old the footage is.
