As I said before JDF needs this fight to stay relevant, to stay in the spotlight. Because Punk's first fight ( if he has skills or not ) will be a huge ppv payday. He says Dana doesnt have to pay him. But he will still get a cut from the buys and the gate. As well as a chance of getting a contract. Punk doesn't have to do shit. He doesnt even need to be doing this. And that pisses people off.

stay relevant ?the dude isn't relevant in mma..........but he will surely beat punk,and if you follow jdf you would know the guy don't need cm punk or the ufc the guy actually makes good money without either punk or the ufc with the amount of bookings he has.not to mention he has been calling punk out way before he was signed to the ufc,every thing he has stated is the truth and many know this if you follow him on fb/ig twitter etc

I predict green power ranger dominates from the off, CM Punk then distracts the referee while his tag team partner comes in and hits green ranger in the head with a chair. Green ranger looks like he's down for the count but at the last minute summons his power ranger robot lizard thing and it just smashes the arena to bits.

JDF can kick better than most of the fighters in the UFC and is probably a better grappler than a good number of them as well.

He's getting old now though but Punk is pretty old as well.



And yeah Frank debut'd as a heavyweight but he can probably get down to 185. Punk wanted to fight at 170 though right?



JDF has every advantage in this fight, except maybe TDD but we haven't seen any actual wrestling from Punk to compare.

Couple things here, hate how he refers to himself in third person JDF..almost sounds like a knock off JDS. Other than the JDF thing, I actually liked him in this video and think he would probably take CM Punk with his background and experience. Another thing, did not realize he has a networth of over 1.2 million (JDF). Thought he was dead broke.

I think the UFC will soon realize that this was a monumental mistake.

Jdf is an actual fighter. I have no doubt cmpunks first fight in the ufc will be a work. Besides this is punks specialty anyway so it makes perfect sense.

Yeah he might not know how to cut a promo but he's fought and won actual fights.

yea in that case, he doesnt qualify for what the ufc is looking for - why pick a better fighter hahah wtf - pick someone that the dumbest people on sherdog can get hyped about when punk wins, dont try to risk sht - a win is a win, and that promotes the next fight, this isnt rocket science and people aint that bright in this part of town - keep it simple and build him up, and the story, the inspiration etc.
