CM Punk First "Pro" UFC photoshoot

Yes, CM Punk doesn't do Coke.

Funny, but the real reason:

He has stated in various interviews about how one night in a drunken Pepsi induced state he stumbled into a local tattoo parlor and ask for a Pepsi logo tattoo. However due to the pain of the tattoo and the amount of Pepsi he had consumed he subsequently vomited all over the floor of the tattoo parlor. This lead to him being chased out of the tattoo parlor by the owner with punk screaming "save me doctor pepper" as the owner gave chase.

I love how people are judging the success of how someone is going to do in the UFC just based off some pictures

I'm just worried that what happens to Punk in the cage will drive you to drink.

Oh holy shit that happened one time?! My bad man, I guess you're right. And I'll assume that wasn't seen as a giant joke that was mocked in movies and other pop culture for years.

You got me.

Remember Luigi Firovannti ? I think he does worse than that guy

He was a trained killer compared to Punk,,,

Fioravanti is from St. Petersburg, Florida and attended Pinellas Park High School, where he participated in wrestling, winning a district title, while also practicing judo. He joined the Marines after graduating high school and was part of Operation Iraqi Freedom in 2003. Fioravanti started training in various martial arts such as Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and kickboxing while stationed in California and Iraq with the Marines.[5] After spending five months in Iraq, Fioravanti continued training and began his professional career in early 2004.
Ultimate Fighting Championship[edit]
He started off his career 7-0 before losing to UFC veteran Chris Leben via unanimous decision. Fioravanti would then rattle off four straight wins, including two in the UFC, before dropping two straight fights against Jon Fitch and Forrest Petz.
Fioravanti would then split his last four fights in the UFC, before losing to Anthony Johnson and being cut by the UFC.[6]

300 replies for a wwf photo shoot...LOL LOL LOL...and u guys are examining his physique.....wtf happened to humans in 2015

Where did all his WWE muscles go?

Hey look, A bunch of try hards bashing a guy for doing something that 99% of sherdog doesnt have the balls to do

What does it tell? That a lot of people think that young, up and coming deserving talent with, oh I don't know, maybe ONE mma fight and an extensive training background might be more deserving of an opportunity than CM Punk?

Because UFC is primarily about entertainment.

Also potential "draws" like CM Punk mean there's more eyes on the other guys too.

If the UFC focused primarily on being a sport, they'd be out of business. Personally I would love a tournament format and an open weight division. I don't mind the occasional "freak show" fight, and it remains to be seen if that's what CM Punk's first fight will be. I don't see why it generates so much negative emotion from some people, but I suppose it seems unfair to you and that's why it hits a nerve. Maybe view it from the POV that CM Punk worked hard to build his fame outside of the UFC, so it's only natural that his presence in the UFC will draw attention.

nope. that would be his zero combat sport experience. his looks just add to the freak show.

lol didn't know you were such a fan

Lets top acting like every fighter in the UFC deserves to be in the UFC

How many of them have basically zero combat sports experience?

Toney is widely agreed to be a sham freakshow fight and he was at least had being an ex boxing champ going for him.

What the fuck is this? He looks in good shape. Shouldn't a bunch of MMA fans know that it's not about looks?

I mean, look at this fatty. He's no good.

Fedor in motion tells a different story. A lot of muscle under that layer of fat.
