How is it that CLERKS is likely my favorite comedy yet I don't have a copy of the Blu in my collection? Weird.

Oh, well. I just remedied the situation by ordering it from Amazon.

I also looked into ordering DOGMA because I've never seen it but the Blu-ray is OOP & it goes for well over $100 a copy. So, I'll pass for now.

Clerks 2 sucked

Unfortunate, but true. Clerks was a classic, and exactly the type of film that should've stood alone without any sequels.

That said, it even still was underwhelming. Nothing about the film felt organic, and most the jokes felt forced. It lacked the charm and originality of the first one. I like most Kevin Smith films I've seen, but that certainly wasn't one of them.

I'm a proper Smith nerd. I liked Jersey Girl but maybe rose tinted because I love Batfleck.
If you hate the Westboro Baptist Church Red State is worth a watch. Tusk was great!!

Wikipedia obviously needs to be updated as reading the page on View Askew it says in 2016 Smith abandoned plans to make a Clerks 3 in favour of making a Mallrats 2.
