I get that he almost died but shesh it got unbearable.

Also Jay & Silent Bob Reboot was pretty depressing with how old everyone looked

No kidding. I loved the first one as a teenager. In fact, I remember renting the VHS and renewing it twice so I could watch it for days on end.

Don't think I'll appreciate this sequel almost 30 years later. It'll be weird considering how old these guys are now.

I've followed View Askew (if it's even still that) flicks forever. Jay and Silent Bob Bless. That said the last flick (reboot) was rather terrible...

This. Clerks 2 was not a good movie.

I wasn't even aware he put out a new Jay and Silent Bob Movie a few years back called "Jay and Silent bob reboot"

Its fucking terrible. As a Film Maker, Smith hasn't put out a good movie in a very long time. Zach and miri was watchable, but that's like his only good movie in 20 years.

Yeah but thats kevin he loves to talk.
He is very woke with mask, covid and politically correct something.
Its still in him to make great films though. Is Clerks 3 necessary...no but it might be hopefully the end we didnt onow we needed.
Maybe instead of the happy ending from the last one , becks and Dante seperate, Veronica comes back into the picture. Elias becomes the new 3rd in the SB&Jay group. Randal grows up and we have to see him deal with being an older man
He can do it and make it a beautiful end.

I thoroughly disliked the “sequel”. The original had charm. Nothing worse than trying to recapture nostalgia.
