Can clay get some love? He's looked better than ever lately!
Props to that mans longevity!
He wins tonight and puts together arguably his most important win streak and becomes a factor at 155 again? Da fuq? War Midwest Clay!

Post some gifs peeps! My phone sucks lol

Really? You think the current Clay looks better than back in 2010-2011?

He did beat Dos Anjos, Gomi and Pettis impressively after each other.

Since then he's not been able to get anywhere though.

I see your point and i did think about that streak. Idk man he looks better tbh. His standup is smoother and he isnt quite as insane herky jerky in there lol..

He kinda got lucky against dos anjos. He imo would have always beaten Petttis.....and still would... And Gomi was a shell... Though the same could be said for Koch and Lauzon for sureeeee

And now he can actually put himself in position for a big fight again! Maybe. A top 7ish opponent?

From a skill set standpoint he is absolutely better now. As an Illinoisan, I'm in TS. I will root like hell. But as a person of reason, I don't even like his chances this fight let alone becoming a factor.

Really? As a betting man I'd take Clay by decision. And pray he doesn't get caught in a choke.

I'm on. This will be Guida's 52nd professional fight. That in and of itself is impressive.

Clay was on his way to winning that one. But he got ortega'd.

Can one stop an ortega? The chin is strong with him.

His insulting call outs left a bad taste in my mouth (insinuating guys like Edson are on steroids). That was Colby level stuff.

Either way im thinking he’ll get strangled tonight but I could be wrong

"Clay Guida war wagon"....i thought i saw everything on sherdog...

Yeah, man. I've come full circle on Guida. I use to love to watch him fight, then one day it occurred to me he had become a boring lay and pray fighter. Then he just adopted this bizarre herky, jerky style. Then, this last fight, he looked great. Its actually gotten me excited to see him fight again. BTW, is that a recent picture of BJ with hair? I'm guessing not
