Look into methylene blue supplements on Amazon. It's quite awesome for all your energy needs. Pill form is probably the easiest no fuss way to go about it. Grab some 6mg pills and see how it goes. I take 20-40mg(you can buy higher amount per pills later once you settle on a dose). When you combine it with caffeine it's even better.12/31/25

World of difference benching with a pain free shoulder.
Don't know. Pain just came on a couple of years ago and an MRI showed that the rotator cuff is partially torn. Ortho doc said surgery wouldn't be worth it so I've just been getting it injected about twice a yearhow'd you hurt it?
