We don't know this, and I don't believe it to be accurate. Barr took the power for himself.
That's a matter for Congress, and precedent in these matters shows that.
Actually it is more than likely that Mueller did not expect or want Barr to opine as he did.He left the decision to indict to Barr and the decision to file any other charges or subpoenas rests with Congress.
You're arguing that the President was exonerated by the Mueller report, while the fraction of the report we have contains the line that Mueller is explicitly NOT exonerating him.
You can't spin your way out of this, but keep trying.
I seriously can't wait to see their spin when the full report shatters what's left of their pathetic dreams.
Actually it is more than likely that Mueller did not expect or want Barr to opine as he did.
Prior precedent is if the Special Counsel decides there is not evidence to indict they provide the file and all info to Congress to determine if there is a case for Impeachment.
Barr opining as he did is completely unprecedented and quite worthless in actuality other that for pure propaganda for Trump.
No one should doubt Barr is Trumps new Roy Cohn and a complete patsy.
His last letter left open the possibility of 399 blacked out pages and one line that says no collusion. Subpoena flies shortly. Fly well brave bird!
Precedent is for all the materials to be given to Congress, so they can inform the people, and so they can conduct their constitutionally mandated duty as a check on the power of the Executive Branch. You are aware why a lot of information will be redacted though, right? I know you like conspiracies, but they have this thing called "privacy" which people who give grand jury testimony are entitled to. It's a lot more complicated than your pea brain can comprehend.
Ever heard of protecting sources and methods?
Except he is not.Oh' and don't forget that Barr is working hard to get the full report released ASAP, because he's obviously hiding something...
I seriously can't wait to see their spin when the full report shatters what's left of their pathetic dreams.
I'm not hoping for a particular result.

Pfft...ROFL!
Who da fuck do you think you're fooling? It blows me away how you Libs still try to play the objective centrist card when you're on the losing end of your own delusional nuttery, as if your post history isn't available, and your motivations are unclear.
You claiming not to have a side in all this, is as about as convincing as CNN claiming not to have an agenda against Trump.
Give it a fucking rest, you dork.
No its not.You are aware why a lot of information will be redacted though, right? I know you like conspiracies, but they have this thing called "privacy" which people who give grand jury testimony are entitled to. It's a lot more complicated than your pea brain can comprehend.
It's quite a bad habit he has, don't know why the Canadian Trump Worshiper loves instilling labels and feelings onto people. As I said, it's impossible for you to fathom that anyone isn't a rabid partisan like yourself.
Keep projecting liberal tears onto people though, if that makes you feel better.
As I said, it's impossible for you to fathom that anyone isn't a rabid partisan
Totally agree. I just want Congress, and the American people, to have all the information so we can draw our own conclusions.True, and I mispoke. He handed the report off the Barr, as per protocol, likely intending it to reach Congress in short order. Barr is taking weeks to redact a report. Until then, we can only speculate as to everything that Mueller found.
What I'm getting at with all this is, I don't care what any political figure wants, when we can have that data for ourselves and determine our own opinions.
But yes, I agree that Barr's interception and stalling here are unprecedented and likely partisan.
Ever heard of transparency?
Redact what is necessary, release what's not, and don't take too long in doing so. It's not that hard bob.
You don't protect methods and sources from Congress you dufos.
Do not what Congress Constitutional role is?
