I like the part where Ray Longo agrees to keep sacrificing Chris Weidman but has harsh words to say about Colby.
I dont see a possible way for Chris to win a UFC fight at this point... he seems to be completely shot.
Weidman going to get hurt. If he must fight he needs to fight somebody way down the rankings. Somebody like Jamie Pickett.
I disagree, these are the only kinds of fights Chris has a chance to win. Another good way to not keep him around is having him continue to get destroyed by fighters he can’t beat.Pickett has lost 4 fights in a row, it would be a little too ridiculous if he somehow got matched up with a former champion. I think Chris has a lot more pride than getting matched up with someone who's seemingly that low calibar of a fighter.
Can't keep a former champion like Chris around if you have to have him face a Pickett-level fighter to get a win.
And they say all good ideas are taken!Rooting for Bruno Silva. He had somennice wins like Alexander Shlemenko and Brad Tavares along with losses to legit fighters like Alex P and Shara bullet. Let's hope he gets a nice rebound off Weidman and stays in the game.
I would watch Chris Weidman versus Al Iaquinta in a special series called "Flip and Fight." Both men have to flip a house in Long Island together then fight for the property sale. It would combine home reno and TUF.
