News Chris Weidman reveals 'bones aren't healing' correctly in leg, another surgery required

I've always thought it was bullshit to say to someone who's having a rough go of it that others have it worse. That has absolutely nothing to do with their situation and totally hand waves away the fact that their life is circling the drain.

All the best to teh Chris, but it was probably not a good idea for him to start rehabbing and exercising so soon after surgery, per his social media posts

Fucking GOLF? Jesus man, lemme just twist and add torsion to my healing broken bones.

COVID Vaccine killed my grandma. She couldn't even enjoy the things that make a normal life, didn't make it to 30, never had the opportunity to have children. How do you justify that?

Unjustifiable imo

Looks like this thread has attracted a bunch of war room scum, maybe the mods should just move it over there. Since half of them probably don't even know who Chris Weidman is or even follow MMA, the thread will probably fizzle out pretty quick.

His wife and friends and associates need to step in and say "Chris....come on man.....this is the end of the road for your MMA. Really. Just accept it. "

just my view.
His close relatives should have been saying that too him after being nearly decapitated by You'll, honestly.

He's oldish now and he is going to be out for another two years. He owns a gym and he can take over coaching soon. He should just get into real estate and live out his Long Guyland celebrity

Its strange how suddenly weidman became a totally different fighter after the iv ban.

I think Chris was done for a long time he just didn’t look the same after he lost the belt.

McGregor I feel still has a lot to give and it’s clear his striking is elite but I think Conor just needs a kick up the arse, hunger wise.

chris always seemed to have one foot out the door so to speak and this should be his way of closing his MMA journey. In his prime Chris was a force, in my opinion could’ve been a dominant fighter but he just fell off.

these leg breaks are pretty scary, career defining.

I never understood why someone would throw a leg kick, so much risk with little reward.
