I hear people here saying its not good for you unhealthy i just wana know how its considered un healthy when you just get a bowl of meat rice veggies no sauces id think most people would praise Moe's Chipolte for having a fast food meal for dieters health nuts on the go .

The cooking fat is probably cheap refined heated up multiple times.
